I don’t know about you, but I still confuse the concept of New Year’s resolutions.haha..So let discuss it.
From my opinion we can defined that a new year resolution is a commitment or wish that an individual makes to change a lifestyle habit or we can said that improve from bad to good, from poor to rich, from hate to love and as many think that you should thing. New Year resolution comes from the fact that these commitments normally go into effect on New Year's Day.
I have prepared 5 steps that I gathered from all sources that I have read. Let check it out how to make a good New Year resolution.
First, you must be realistic by setting up an ideal goals that you think you can achieve it no matter what will you face in future.
Secondly, you need to describe your resolution in easy way or in specific terms.
The third one is, don’t make so many goal that in future you cannot achieve it. In other word, just break down your large goals into smaller ones.
Fourth, if you want to change your habit please find the easy alternatives to a behavior that you want to change.
Finally, the most important thing is what you aim is what you must do no matter what. Just aim for things that are truly important to you.
All above is from my opinion and information that I have gathered. You also may be having more interactive ideal. Never mind, all human has their reasons. We need that reason to live in better way. Just be yourself and live in happy way.
